Signing up to PLSclear is completely free, and there are no annual subscription costs to pay. No fees are charged on requests that are granted for free, or that do not result in a licence. PLS charges only a 12% handling fee for paid-for licences—which means you only incur a modest cost when you bring in permissions revenue.
