The Publishers’ Licensing Services Annual Review 2026
First published 2nd July, during the PLS Conference 2026.
The Review features updates on collective licensing, on all PLS' services, as well as a breaking down of the year in numbers from March 2025 to March 2026.
This annual update also includes reflections on the year from our CEO, Tom West, and Monisha Shah in her first year as Chair, as well as an overview of policy developments in Westminster and PLS’ external relations activity.
You can also find details of the variety of special projects that help publishers from across the industry, which PLS supports through our trade association owners: the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP), the Independent Publishers Guild (IPG), the Publishers Association and the Professional Publishers Association.
