PLSclear

Free three month trial

Part of the mission of PLSclear is to make publisher content available to requestors, including publishers who may not have fully opted into the service yet. In order to accomplish this, we've made a free trial version of PLSclear available to all publishers free of charge for three months.*

What features does the trial version offer?

Publishers will have access to the basic functionality of PLSclear during this trial period. Most features in PLSclear are only available to publishers who have signed a PLSclear agreement.

Access to our global permissions market
In 2020, PLSclear handled requestors from over 160 countries and 80% of traffic to the PLSclear platform is from outside of the UK.

What happens after the trial period?

If you have not signed a PLSclear agreement by the end of your three month trial, your titles will be excluded from PLSclear and can no longer be requested by our users.

How do I access my free trial?

How do I sign up to PLSclear?

For publishers already signed up to PLS for collective licensing, we simply need a signed agreement from you in order to opt you into the service.

Request a copy of the agreement by emailing permissions@pls.org.uk.
