This new half-day seminar provides a practical introduction to permissions and how they work. It is suitable for book, magazine and journal publishers who are looking to understand how permissions work and how customer requests can be managed with maximum efficiency.
The seminar will be led by Ruth Tellis and Clare Hodder, industry experts on permissions licensing and they will cover the basics of permissions licensing, including the legal context for permissions, licensing considerations, customer service and how to maximise income from permissions licensing.
You will also be able to see how PLS can support you in managing permissions with their suite of permissions services powered by the PLS Permissions suite of online services.
This free seminar runs from 2 pm to 5pm at PLS’ offices in central London. Tea and coffee will be offered.
“The PLS introductory sessions were informative, I wish I had attended earlier.”
"As an introductory session it was enlightening. It raises lots of questions for us as publishers to address."
