Information we collect
We may collect the following information via PLSe:
- Name, job title and organisation you work for.
- Contact information including postal and email address.
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests.
- If you are a mandating publisher and have a PLSe account – information relevant to maintaining and updating that account.
What do we do with this information
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- For internal record keeping.
- To improve our services.
- To subscribe you to our electronic and print publications, if you have requested us to do so.
- We may periodically send promotional or informational emails about relevant news, events, publications and new services we offer to the email address(es) which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for research or market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to improve our websites. You are able to opt out of any of these areas.
