Please note that the 28 January 2010 is the deadline for rightsholders to opt out of the Google Book Settlement.
28 January is also the deadline to file an objection to the Amended Settlement.
The Fairness Hearing will be held on 18 February, after which the judge will decide whether to approve the Settlement.
