Goodbye and good luck to PLS CEO Alicia Wise

PLS would like to announce the departure of CEO, Alicia Wise, who will move to a newly-created post of Director of Universal Access with Elsevier in June. Her part-time secondment to The Publishers Association as its Head of Digital Publishing will also come to an end at that time.

Graham Taylor, PLS Chair, said of Alicia's move: “Alicia has been CEO of PLS for over five years now, so although it is sad for us all to see her go, in a way it is inevitable that she should want to take up a new challenge. PLS has gone from strength to strength under her leadership so she leaves us in good shape and well able to face the future.”
