Philip Walters is Chairman of Rising Stars UK Ltd, and a Trustee of Yale University Press. He was Chief Executive of Hodder Education until July 2009. He is a Council Member of Book Aid International, and an Associate of the Institute of Ideas. He has been a Director of PLS since 2006.
