David Hyams is the Legal Director and Company Secretary of the PPA. Having obtained his law degree at the London School of Economics in 1979 and completed a research scholarship in Holland in 1980 he was called to the Bar in 1981.David has held a variety of positions including Head of Legal, VP Legal and Commercial Affairs, VP Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Legal Director and also Company Secretary for companies such as Ingersoll-Rand Sales Company Limited, Amstrad PLC, Fujitsu Computers Europe Limited, Easynet plc, and now PPA.
